Upma is a quick vegan breakfast preparation that uses dry-roasted semolina cooked in some water with lentils, vegetables and a tempering of spices and condiments. While there are many regional variations of this popular recipe, it is commonly garnished with freshly chopped coriander and served with a lime wedge on the side.
