Mildly Spiced Rice Flour Porridge

Ukad is a rice flour-based breakfast preparation that is cooked in buttermilk using common kitchen spices and condiments such as turmeric powder, grated ginger, whole garlic cloves, green chillies, curry leaves and so on. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve with a dollop of clarified butter. It is a great summer favourite!
