Til Ladoo is a healthy, delicious and simple recipe prepared with sesame and jaggery, made during Makar Sankranti: the festival to mark the end of the winter solstice. As they say in Maharashtra: ‘Til gul ghya… god god bola’! (This Til-Gul do eat...may your speech always be sweet!).
