Sushila is a traditional Maharashtrian breakfast/snack preparation that is made of puffed rice, roasted and powdered chickpea flour and peanut powder, chopped onions and some common kitchen spices and condiments. Soaked puffed rice is sautéed with the other ingredients in a pan and is properly cooked before it can be served hot with a chopped coriander garnish and a lemon wedge on the side.
