Sunthavada is a sweet preparation that has a dry mouthfeel and coarse texture, usually made as an offering (prasad) for Ram Navami. Rich with Ayurvedic properties, the primary ingredients are coriander seeds, rock sugar and dry ginger powder. Add an assortment of dry fruits to taste.
