Mixed Flour Maharashtrian Pasta

Shengole is a delicious Maharashtrian dish of mixed flour pasta bits that are cooked in a hot gravy. The dough for the shengole bits is made of wheat flour, sorghum flour, garlic and some common kitchen spices and condiments. The curry in which the shengole bits are cooked is made of a watered-down wheat and sorghum flour slurry with coriander bits and seasoned with a tempering of common spices.
