Sabudana Tahlipeeth are pan-roasted sago seed pancakes that are usually consumed for breakfast along with a sweet tamarind chutney, mint chutney or yoghurt. The pancake dough is perked up with some potatoes, peanuts, green chillies, amaranth, ginger, coriander, yoghurt and some common spices and condiments. The dough is flattened into the shape of pancakes onto a large frying pan and then cooked on a medium flame using oil.
