Rajgiryacha Sheera is a sweet dish with a pudding-like consistency that is prepared using amaranth flour, sugar and milk. This sweet, made of amaranth (which is gluten-free) flour, is also popularly consumed during days of fasting. Use a happy amount of clarified butter to get a gooey texture and once the dish is prepared, garnish with cardamom powder and chopped nuts.
