Spiced Slices of Chickpea Flour with Hot Curry

Patvadyacha Rassa is a traditional Maharashtrian spiced curry that has been perked up with patvadya (spiced slices of cooked chickpea flour). The patvadya are prepared separately and then slowly cooked in the spicy red curry. The curry is made of chopped tomatoes and onions, shredded ginger-garlic, peanut crush, garam masala, red chilli powder and some other condiments. Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander and serve hot with some sliced onions and a lemon wedge.
