A favorite Mumbai (and pan India) street food, Pani Puri. Eaten fresh of the vendor’s hand, the Pani Puri picks its compendium of flavors and textures as the vendor skilfully punches a tiny hole in each crispy puri, stuffing in the hot pea gravy followed by thick sweet-sour tamarind chutney ending with a generous dip in ice cold spiced syrup. Yumm!
