पंचरस आमटी / Pancharas Aamti

The standard Pancharas Aamti is a delicious sweet-tangy-spicy preparation which uses the traditional spice blend called the goda masala (blended mix of aromatic spices). One can make this flavourful preparation healthy as well by adding all kinds of nutritious ingredients like steamed raw bananas, potatoes, aubergines, onions, fresh grated coconut and cashews.
