Pachdi is a cucumber and yoghurt-based pickle recipe with South Indian influences that is served as a tangy accompaniment with a variety of foods. Apart from the cucumber (or seasonal fruits and vegetables), the recipe has some key ingredients such as yoghurt, fresh coconut, ginger, chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves and some other common condiments. Pachadi is usually served chilled.
