Ninave are traditional sweets made with chickpea flour, wheat flour, coconut milk, jaggery, assorted dry fruits and cardamom powder. Literal meaning of the name of this dish is ‘one without a name’. Ensure that the flours are carefully roasted before the coconut milk and other ingredients are stirred in. After the mixture is cooked well, it is further heated inside a greased baking dish until it has a firm consistency. The Ninave are then ready to be sliced and served.
