Stir Fried Kohlrabi

Navalkol Bhaji is a simple and quick stir-fried preparation of wild cabbage (also known as knol khol or navalkhol) for which common kitchen spices are used for seasoning purposes. This seasonal vegetable is available during the winter months. Navalkol Bhaji is prepared by sautéeing the peeled and chopped vegetable in some oil on a low flame along with green chillies, salt and a tempering of mustard seeds.
