Sun Dried Finger Millet Crisps

Nachaniche Papad are healthy, traditional crisps made using finger millet flour and some common spices and condiments. The dough is cut into smaller pieces, flattened with a pin and then sun dried for a few days. The papad is then fried or roasted before it is served as an accompaniment with a traditional Maharashtrian meal.
