Muramba is a sweet and tangy preserve made of raw mangoes, sugar, cardamom powder and saffron strands. This delicious chutney-like preserve can be consumed with puris (fried circular flatbread) or polis (unleavened flatbread) or even toasted bread! Muramba is quick to prepare and can be stored for up to six months in a refrigerator.
