Winter makes many healthy greens available. One of them is radish and its fresh green leaves. Since the radish greens are extremely nutritious, they can be made into a tasteful healthy vegetable on their own (without the radish, which can be prepared into many dishes separately). The chopped leaves are tempered with onions, garlic and mustard seeds and then the gram flour is slowly added while stirring the pan. The preparation is flavourful, textured and nutritious and will add a zing to a winter meal!
