Radish Salad

Mulyachi Koshimbir is a salad preparation made using finely grated radish, thick curd, groundnut powder, green chillies, sugar, clarified butter and some common spices and condiments such as asafoetida, curry leaves, cumin seeds and salt. The sugar and spices are used to balance the peppery flavour of the radish.
