Radish and Yoghurt Based Accompaniment

Mulaycha Chatka is a radish and yoghurt-based accompaniment that has been seasoned with a tempering of spices and condiments. Split Bengal gram and green chillies are tempered, after which the yoghurt, grated radish and fresh coconut, chopped coriander leaves and other condiments are stirred in. Mulaycha Chatka should be served with bhakris at room temperature or chilled.
