Green Gram Fritters

Moogache Wade are spicy green gram fritters that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The batter for the wade is made with soaked and coarsely ground green gram, boiled and shredded potatoes (optional), minced green chillies, shredded ginger, finely chopped coriander leaves and some other common condiments. Tablespoons of the batter are fried in oil and moogachi wade is ready to be served as deliciously crunchy tea-time snacks with a spicy combination of chutneys.
