Moogachya Dalicha Sheera is a classic pudding-like confection made of a green gram paste, clarified butter, milk, sweetener of choice, cardamom and saffron. The coarse and sweet confection is prepared by carefully cooking the ingredients on a medium-low flame and stirring occasionally. Serve hot with a garnish of almond slivers.
