Mirchicha Thecha is a spicy paste of green chillies, garlic, roasted peanuts and coriander; this coarsely ground condiment is a Maharashtrian classic! While using a mortar and pestle to grind the ingredients is recommended in order to release all the flavours, one can also use a blender. Mirchicha Thecha can be separated into smaller batches and stored in the fridge for at least a couple days.
