Chillies with Fenugreek stuffing

Fresh green chillies chopped into small pieces are mixed with fried fenugreek seed powder, crushed mustard seeds in lemon juice and some turmeric powder along with tempered asafoetida. The sourness can be regulated with the amount of lemon juice that is added. This preparation truly adds a zingy accompaniment to the meal.
