Methicha Gholana is an unusual salad using tender fenugreek (methi) leaves. Methi is mixed with chopped onions, ground peanuts to which a tempering of mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric and chilli powders are added and served fresh off the burner. It is nutritious and has a distinctive flavour that will add a special zest to your meal!
