Mildly Sweet and Spicy Raw Mango and Fenugreek Relish

Methamba is a traditional Maharashtrian relish made of raw mangoes, jaggery, fenugreek seeds and a seasoning of tempered spices. This summer delicacy is easy to make and can be stored in an air-tight jar for 1-2 weeks. Methamba is popularly served with puris (fried circular flatbread) or polis (unleavened flatbread).
