Belagavi Pudding of Sweetened Milk Solids

Kunda is a traditional Belagavi dessert pudding that is prepared by reducing sweetened milk and subsequently adding a little cardamom for the flavour and some yoghurt for the mixture to curdle. Clarified butter is later added to give the dessert a golden-brown colour and a rich texture and cashews are added for the crunch.
