Kokum Sarbat is a traditional Goan chilled beverage prepared with a special concentrate made of dry kokum, roasted cumin powder, cardamom powder, black salt and sugar. The kokum concentrate can be stored in a refrigerator and consumed in smaller quantities that are stirred into chilled water.
