Khobryachi Chutney is a popular condiment served as an accompaniment with dosas or steamed rice that uses khobra (dry coconut) as the primary ingredient. It is a delectable blended dry mixture of roasted red chillies, split Bengal gram, split black gram, garlic cloves, salt and khobra. Use dry Kashmiri red chillies for a deep red colour and balanced spice level. Ensure all the ingredients are cooled to a room temperature before they are blended to get the desired coarse texture.
