Kelphulyanchi Bhaji is a traditional Malwani style stir-fried preparation of banana florets, green peas, onions, kokum, jaggery and some common spices and condiments. The banana florets are known to be extremely beneficial for digestive health. The key spice blend used in this recipe is a special Malwani masala made of a complex blend of spices (Suhana offers a perfect version!).
