Kat-Wada is a spiced curry served with savoury fried dumplings. The hot curry is prepared using pureed onions and tomatoes as well as a medley of spices. Spiced mashed potatoes are rolled into balls, coated with a gram flour batter and deep-fried until golden brown. This dish can be garnished with chopped onions and fresh coriander leaves.
