Karvandache Lonche is a pickle preparation made using berry-like karonda fruits, a special pickle masala, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, jaggery, asafoetida and oil. This tangy-sweet and spicy preparation is a treat for our taste-buds. The pickled mixture is kept aside for three days before it is ready to consume; do not refrigerate!
