Sweet Thick Lentil Pudding

If you’re fed up of having dals (lentil-based curries) but still long for the goodness of lentils then some lentils (especially split mung bean legumes) can be converted into a tasteful and nutritious sweet. Split mung beans are cooked along with jaggery, coconut, cardamom and dry fruits like almonds, raisins et cetera, in order to complete the quick and tasty way to lentil nutrition!
