Kadboli are traditional snacks that are prepared by deep-frying circular/spiral bits of a spiced dough made with a special mixed flour of legumes, lentils and some rice. Usually made with chickpea flour, black gram, green gram, rice flour and a range of spices and condiments, this fried snack is commonly prepared as a Diwali faral item.
