Sweetened Coconut Dumplings

Kadabu is a sweet delicacy prepared by frying dumplings stuffed with grated coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder. The dough for the crust can be prepared using a mixture of refined flour, semolina, clarified butter and water. The ingredients for the filling are sautéed in clarified butter using a low flame and stirred until it turns into a paste.
