Stir-Fried Raw Banana

Kachya Kelanchi Bhaji is a simple and healthy stir-fried preparation of raw bananas, perked up with onions, coconut and some common kitchen spices and condiments. Flavoured with powdered turmeric, red chillies and asafoetida, the ingredients are sautéed in oil by using a heavy bottomed wok. Kachya Kelanchi Bhaji as a side dish really complements a meal of sambar (lentil-based vegetable stew) and rice.
