Sorghum seeds are first soaked and then tied in a cloth to enable sprouting. These sprouts are then cooked in water with tempered spices along with coriander powder and cumin powder. Fresh grated coconut is added along with a pinch of jaggery and salt to taste. This dish is a unique way to consume a nutritious form of sorghum.
