Hirvya Lasanichya Patichi Bhaji is a quick and simple stir-fried preparation of fresh garlic chives (green garlic). The garlic chives are cooked in clarified butter on a medium flame and flavoured with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. This dish is commonly prepared during the winter season and served hot along with coarse flatbread and lentil curries.
