Harbaryachi Usal is a Maharashtrian curry preparation of fresh green chickpeas and grated coconut with a seasoning of tempered spices and condiments. Some freshly grated coconut, green chillies, coriander powder, amchur powder (dry mango) / lime juice, and jaggery are used to perk up the fresh green chickpeas curry. A tempered mixture of mustard, cumin, asafoetida and turmeric powder is prepared separately and stirred into the mixture. Garnish Harbaryachi Usal with some fresh coconut and coriander leaves.
