Ghadichi Poli is a standard variety of unleavened wheat flour flatbread that is commonly paired with a variety of wholesome vegetable preparations. The whole wheat flatbread dough is kneaded with some oil and water, while salt is added to taste. Individual balls of dough are repeatedly flattened and folded into a triangular shape until the layered pieces of dough are ready to be pan-roasted and coated in some oil. Ghadichi Poli tastes best when served hot.
