Milk Custard (with Mango)

Doodh Keri is a sumptuous dessert prepared with milk, vanilla custard powder, sugar, and cubes of ripe alphonso mango. The ingredients (except the mangoes) are combined, brought to a simmer, and stirred continuously until the mixture has a soft, smooth texture. Add the mango cubes, refrigerate, and serve chilled.
