Pigeon Pea and Fenugreek Curry

Dal-Methichi Usal is a popular curry of pigeon peas and fenugreek leaves that has been perked up with diced tomatoes, roasted peanut powder, a garlic-green chilli paste, tempered mustard/cumin seeds as well as some common powdered spices. This Usal is commonly paired with a variety of Indian flatbreads or even steamed rice.
