Chakvatachi Bhaji is a tender, green plant-based curry preparation that is popular in Kolhapur district of Maharashtra. It is prepared using finely chopped chakvat, coriander leaves and green chillies, water-soaked split Bengal gram, crushed and roasted peanuts, gram flour, buttermilk and a range of spices and condiments. This nutritious curry is commonly consumed with steamed rice.
