Thin Disc Shaped Sun Dried Potato Crisps

Batatyacha Papad are crisps prepared by using boiled and grated potatoes, chilli flakes, cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves (optional), salt and water. A mixture is prepared using these ingredients and then flattened, cut into little discs and then put out to dry in the sun. It is common to consume Batatyacha Papad during days of fasting.
