Ananasache Sarbat is a sweetened beverage made from a pineapple concoction/syrup that is served chilled. The syrup is made by slowly cooking chopped pineapples in a sugar syrup with a dash of lemon juice. Once it reaches a boiling point, this mixture is blended into a smooth and runny paste which is then stored in a bottle and refrigerated until it is ready to be used. Mix small quantities of this syrup with chilled water and serve the refreshing Ananasache Sarbat with ice cubes.
