Amsulachi Chutney is a sweet and sour paste-like condiment made using kokum, green chillies, salt and sugar. Kokum is a superfood rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants. Water-soaked kokum is ground into a fine paste along with the chillies, salt and a little water. The paste is transferred to a bowl, a little sugar is stirred in and Amsulachi Chutney is ready to serve!
