Ambyache Sandan is a traditional preparation of mango pulp, rice flour, shredded fresh coconut, coconut milk and sugar. Cardamom powder and nutmeg powder is added for enhanced flavour and baking powder can also be used as a raising agent. After the batter with all the ingredients is steam-cooked in a cake tin, cut the Ambyache Sandan into small pieces and serve.
